Karma vs. Dharma

Karma is the Hindu belief that our actions in this life will determine the conditions we experience in our next life. Basically, it's the idea that we get what we give. If we do good deeds and live a moral life, we will have good karma and have more positive experiences in our future lives. Conversely, if we do negative actions, we will have bad karma and face difficulties in our future lives.

Dharma is all about living an ethical and purposeful life. It is the basis for leading an honorable life and doing our part to bring balance and justice to the world. Dharma teaches us to be mindful of the consequences of our choices, but to also understand that following our internal compass is just as important. Ultimately, living a life of dharma means living a life of truth and integrity in whatever situation we may find ourselves in.

When you come from karma to dharma, you are shifting from a mindset of consequences and results to a mindset of choice and action. Dharma is about understanding the ethical implications behind our actions and living with intention and purpose. It emphasizes the importance of doing the right thing, regardless of the outcome.
